Every FuelCell Energy power plant is commissioned with a basic on-site training session to help educate customers on Direct FuelCell^® (DFC^®) technology in order to optimize operating costs and minimize down-time. Intermediate and advanced programs for operations and maintenance training can also be held at customer locations.

In fact, customers certified as trained fuel cell technicians receive the same level of in-depth, comprehensive training as FuelCell Energy's field service personnel, offering customers a degree of self-reliance unmatched in the industry.

Additionally, the Fuel Cell Training Facility, a network-based systems training center located at FuelCell Energy's Danbury, Connecticut headquarters, provides critical situation training for key control and performance monitoring.
