The cornerstone of the FuelCell Energy service program is the Global Technical Assistance Center (GTAC), located at the company's Danbury, Connecticut headquarters. From this state-of-the-art facility, trained technicians can remotely monitor and operate FuelCell Energy Direct FuelCells® (DFCs®) located around the world. GTAC technicians are available 24 hours a day to respond to customer inquiries, order replacement parts, or schedule a service call from one of our regional service teams.
